At Precise Healthcare, we aim to provide our patients with the best possible healthcare services. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds for services and how you can request a refund.
1. General Refund Policy
- Diagnostic Tests & Health Checkups
Due to the nature of diagnostic and health checkup services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. We advise all customers to carefully consider their schedules before booking an appointment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds Before Service
- Appointments
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- Special Offers and Discounts (e.g., ECG for Rs. 50)
- Special offers or discounted services are non-refundable once booked, as these are limited-time, promotional services.
- You may, however, reschedule your appointment for special offers at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Corporate Health Plans
For corporate health plans or bulk service packages, refunds or cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as per the terms of the contract agreed upon at the time of service purchase. Please refer to your corporate agreement or contact us for more information.
4. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation made within the allowed 24-hour notice period.
- Double payment or payment error: If an overpayment or error occurs during the payment process, we will promptly refund the excess amount.
- Service unavailability: In the rare case where a service is unavailable on the day of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued, or you will have the option to reschedule the service.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at wecare@precisehealth.care or visit our center in person to initiate a refund request.
- Provide your appointment details, payment receipt, and a brief reason for requesting the refund.
- Once your request is received, our team will review it, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If you do not receive the refund within the specified time, please contact your bank or payment service provider, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Consumable medical products such as testing kits or any equipment purchased as part of a health checkup or diagnostic package are non-refundable once opened or used.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already been performed.
8. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly.
